Unless stated otherwise, prices communicated to learners are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Invoices are issued by Rik B.V. in the Netherlands. Any applicable taxes or fees will be specified at the time of invoicing. You are responsible for any bank, currency, or transfer charges arising from your chosen payment method.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

• Before course start: you may cancel for a full refund of tuition paid.
• After access is granted: refunds, if any, may be prorated or limited due to immediate access to digital materials and assignments.
• Course-specific terms provided at enrollment may set different timelines or conditions and will prevail for that course.

9. Acceptable Use
